Crazy idea… so crazy… it might just work!
· Every product produced by any source for sale will be required to be evaluated and accessed for a new value.
· All products will follow the same base guidelines.
· This will include the grade of the quality of the product all the way from A-F.
· The price for the quality will have an equation such as: A(time required to make single product * value of product put into each individual product)=required funds needed for purchase of said product.
· Sample for following grades equations are the same as A but the value of the grade percent multiplier is decreased with each level dropped.
· The value of all money needs to be equal worldwide for this to work and make sense.
· This will need to change the way salaries and pay work as well. For each (X) amount of time put in, your effort and your quality of work will be accessed and your pay will be as such. So for example; you worked 40 hours a week at a pizza place. You worked your butt off pleasantly making all those customers happy and helping them. You also have a family to feed at home. For those 40 hours, you will be receiving a minimum pay set for all full time jobs based on your needs to live and your abilities while at the job. Your performance will affect your pay, but the set minimum pay will not be allowed to be crossed by under pay.
· This same formula will apply to part time jobs as well. But the part time pay rate will be slightly lower seeing as a part time employee isn’t making as much of a commitment to a company.
· If a company is requesting an employee to work more than 55 hours regularly in a week, that employee will be paid as a primary/valued employee. This pay rate is slightly increased in reflection to a full time employee.
· All payments for working are paid by hourly working rates. This means time while active at work. So regardless of what job or position you are working, you will be paid hourly and every company will release payments weekly or by weekly on a Wednesday or a Thursday to be considerate of your employees needs to be able to access a bank/ ect. before the week is over to withdraw their funds.
on another hand...
there‘s a totally different idea in regards to the way jobs work in general.
imagine if there were no “full time“ jobs?
there never was another need to work a 60-100 hour week.
if instead of making ourself entirely useless at one job:
why don’t we offer primarily only part time jobs to all of the public? that way:
a. Rate of pay can be increased for base line pay everywhere
b. Employees won’t automatically feel as stressed when entering their work environments as they should appreciate the extra help all around as well as the ease of new flow and less demands.
c. All humans alive on this planet will receive a financial contribution/c suited for necessities for survival. This will not be a big payment and it will not be enough to live comfortably off of. But from the day that every person is born, they will start to accrue their own form of ”back drop” that will help them with the basics for surviavl. This will mean that whatever form this ends up being in the forms to help you, it will only be able to provide you with sustainable food, clean water, and in extreme conditions, a place of shelter. This will continue for each individual until they have passed on and they will not be transferable credits.
